LG GW880: LG’s Second Android Handset Details
By: Jamie Pert | November 25, 2009 | Leave a CommentYesterday we speculated whether the recently uncovered LG GT540 could be the second Android handset the company would release, however this does not seem to be the case as LG have recently launched a new Android handset called the LG GW880.
This handset seems to have outdone their previous LG GW620 handset, it features a 3.5 inch touchscreen display which supports a resolution of 800×480, along with a 5 megapixel camera and GPS, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity (no mention of WiFi).
The Chinese version of the handset also has a CMMB TV Tuner, other specifications are not fully known, as we hear more we will keep you informed.
Currently this handset is only available in China, however as we hear details regarding a U.S./UK release we will keep you up-to-date, for more details check out SlashGear.
