Facebook Worm: How To Avoid (includes demo video)

We have recently heard details regarding a worm which is spreading via Facebook, this worm uses a photo of a woman in a bikini to lure victims in.
If a friend is infected a photo appears on their profile, then if a friend clicks this image it takes them to an adult site, once this has happened whoever clicked this image then becomes infected with the worm, and the same thing can then happen to his/her friends, you can see a demo video of the infection at the end of the post.
It is thought that this infection is making money for the creators as they get paid for referrals to the adult site, therefore the simple way to avoid the infection is to not be tempted to click on the photo.
Currently Facebook have not addressed this particular worm individually, however they have always said that users should not click suspicious links, for more information check out MacWorld.
Have you been infected with this worm? If so, how did you get rid of it?
