Yesterday we posted an article which revealed that Assassin’s Creed II had outdone the original in terms of sales figures, however it looks like these originally reported numbers were a bit shy of the official figures.
At the time of yesterdays article we were under the impression that there had been a 12 percent increase, however now Ubisoft have posted some impressive official figures, these figures have revealed that in its first week the game has seen a 32 percent increase over the original Assassin’s Creed.
According to Joystiq’s article it appears as if 1.6 million units have sold worldwide in this period, usually this would earn the game a place at the top of the games sales charts, however Modern Warfare 2′s launch has been a record setter.
Now that the game has been out a week how would you rate it?
