Apple UK’s Black Friday 2009 Sale: In-store and online
Filed under: News

Apple UK has confirmed that they will be taking part in Black Friday 2009, to coincide with their American stores. UK Apple customers have been receiving emails, which begins with wishing them a “Happy Friday”. This is seen as their one-day shopping event.
According to an article on The Telegraph website, The illustration showed a number of Apple products, these include the iMac, MacBook Pro and Air, iPod, Apple TV and other Apple hardware accessories and software. Very similar to the Black Friday deals on the U.S. website, but with lower discounts.
Apple announced that the sales were for one day only, November 27, but not all countries will be participating in these one-day deals. If last year was anything to go by, then shoppers could save around £60 for a MacBook and £30 for an Apple iMac.
IPod’s were also reduced, from £5 to £11 cheaper than the standard price. As we mentioned above, these discounts are much smaller than on the U.S. websites, but something is better than nothing. Apple does not normally reduce the price of their premium products; so when a deal comes along, do not ask any questions.
