By: Jamie Pert | November 23, 2009 | 1 CommentThree days ago we posted an article regarding the Verizon release of the Samsung Omnia II handset, at the time details were unconfirmed, however we have now heard that the details revealed have been officially confirmed by Verizon.
As expected the handset will be available from December 2nd for $199.99, this pricing requires a contract and takes into account a mail-in rebate.
We have also now heard that the handset will run Windows Mobile 6.5 in conjunction with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI, this addition is probably why the launch of the handset has been delayed.
