PQI H560 Ultra Shock Proof Hard Drive: Details

If you can’t be trusted to not drop an external hard drive with important data on it then this next product may be perfect for you, it is made by PQI and is called the H560 Ultra Shock Proof Hard Drive.

As you have probably already guessed the drive is an external drive which has the ability to withstand drops and shocks, the drive has been verified by being put through “military standard drop tests”.

The drive has a 2.5 inch form factor and has USB 2.0 connectivity (backwardly compatible to USB 1.1), the drive is said to be available in 320GB, 500GB and 640GB capacities, the standard warranty for this product is 3 years.

We do not yet know a definite release date, nor do we have itemized pricing, however the 500GB version is said to set you back around $120, which seems pretty reasonable. For more details check out SlipperyBrick.
