Apple Black Friday 2009: Sales ads being sent out in email
By: Peter Chubb | November 23, 2009 | Leave a CommentBlack Friday 2009 is not all about the large retail chains offering great deals; smaller stores such as Apple generate a lot of interest as well. We spoke of a rumor that Apple has already released their Black Friday ad, and according to Mac Rumors, Apple have been sending out ads by email.
This one day shopping event on November 27, the day after Thanksgiving will be the start of the busy shopping season, with shoppers hoping for a better deal than ever for 2009. The teaser page being emailed to international customers is a large green ad saying “Happy Friday, Especially this Friday.”
Apple are not giving anything away just yet and still have not release an ad, but we know that they do not offer huge discounts on their products. We have to wonder what Apple plan to do this year, Mac Rumors thought that they would revisit last years Black Friday Apple Store deals, just to see what we can expect.
Last week, Mac Rumors had learned that Apple were to offer up to 30% off all iPods, 25% off all Macs and up to 15% off all Apple accessories and hardware. As we said, these were just rumors so we just have to wait and see if they turn out to be true.
What deals will you like to see from the Apple Store this Black Friday?
