AT&T BlackBerry Bold 9700: Now Available for $200
Filed under: Cell Phones, Handsets

The BlackBerry Bold 9700 was launched on T-Mobile back on November 16, after many rumors pointing at a November 18 launch. However, according to Engadget those on AT&T have had to wait until today for the latest RIM handset to be offered to them. The network carrier will offer the handset for $199.99, after a $100 mail-in rebate.
It is good to see that AT&T have finally got the Bold 2, this is the name that many people are calling the 9700. There is no denying that when it comes to what carrier has the best handsets, AT&T has that title all sewn up.
The BlackBerry Bold 9700 is very similar to the Curve in size, but has so much more to offer. The new Bold has been rounded off on its edges and with its new slim design, does not feel so bulky in your pocket. The 9700 weighs half an ounce less than its predecessor.
The handset has been upgraded in a number of key areas, such as optical sensor tracking, meaning that the handset knows just where your finger is. Check out the unboxing of the BlackBerry Bold 9700.
