Project Natal Games: Rare release for Xbox 360 cancelled

Last month we posted some news about Microsoft talking Project Natal prices for the Xbox 360, which was followed up a few days ago with an update on both prices and a release date.

What about Project Natal games? On October 5th we spoke about EA working on a secret title, but today we hear something about Rare. Do you remember hearing about a Project Natal game from Rare?

This rumored game that was found in a Linkedin profile was thought to involve avatars, and according to split-screen.com it has been cancelled “due to changing business environment”.

Head over to the above link to see some images about this rumored project, but more interestingly they also talk about another prototype Rare has been working on that does not involve Microsoft Game Studios. What might that be?
