If you are struggling to choose a Christmas present for your loved ones this year you may want to consider purchasing an eBook reader.

I would say that this year is the first year we have seen really strong competition in this market, therefore it is a very good time to buy one of the products, as companies are offering more for less in an attempt to get your custom.

Currently the main share of the market is dominated by Kindle and Sony devices, however many are feeling that Barnes & Noble may do well over the next year or so with their Nook.

If you are looking to purchase one of the devices I would strongly recommended checking out DigitalTrend’s article, their article looks at many different aspects of eBook readers.

These aspects include “Picking a Platform”, “Ease of Use”, “Size and Readability” and much more, all in all there are pros and cons with all devices, therefore I would seriously think about what you want from your device and pick accordingly.
