BenQ K60 nReader: Details
By: Jamie Pert | November 19, 2009 | Leave a CommentThese days it seems that all major electronic manufacturers want to get in on the ebook reader market, lately we have seen new products from Asus and Sony along with recent possible Android ebook reader.
The latest reader we have seen is from BenQ oddly it is called the nReader K60, excuse my ignorance but I have never heard of an nReader, if any of our readers know how an nReader differs from an eReader feel free to add details in the comments section at the end of this post.
The device itself features a 6 inch display which supports a resolution of 800×600, it also comes with 2GB of storage (you can add to this via a microSD memory card) however 2GB of storage is said to store around 4000 books.
It is thought that the device supports a long list of file types, these include “ePub, PDF, TXT, HTML, JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, and MP3″, the device also features WiFi connectivity and a 3.5 mm audio jack along with a mini USB port and USB 2.0 port.
We have not yet heard anything regarding a release date or a price, however as we find out more we will keep you informed, check out SlipperyBrick for more information.
