Left 4 Dead 2: UK release this Friday

We have some good news for UK gamers looking to pick up a retail copy of Left 4 Dead 2 on either the Xbox 360 or PC, as Valve has confirmed that the game will be available to buy this Friday.

As reported from VG247, Valve has issued an official statement on their blog, ensuring that UK gamers will not be left out on all of the goodness that U.S gamers are currently enjoying.

The reviews went live yesterday for the game, and unsurprisingly – they were all top notch. If you were a fan of the first Left 4 Dead game, you’ll ‘definitely’ want to pick up the sequel.

Just to let you know, this only applies to UK customers looking for a retail copy, as those who pre-ordered online before launch should already have access to the game.
