We are hearing reports of a huge iPhone theft which has recently taken place in Belgium, currently it is unknown how many iPhones have been stolen, however it is thought to be somewhere between 3-4 thousand.

All of the handsets are believed to be unlocked handset (no pun intended), it is thought that the theft took place at a warehouse owned by Ceva Logistics.

This is said to be the largest theft of Apple products ever recorded, the IMEI numbers will be banned, however in countries other than Belgium the ban will be useless.

It is thought that in total the value of the theft is said to be approximately €2 million, find out more information on IntoMobile.
