Malata R108T: Windows 7 touchscreen netbook
By: Jamie Pert | November 17, 2009 | Leave a CommentMalata’s latest netbook is called the Malata R108T, it offers a pretty impressive hardware specification along with a rotating touchscreen display which allows the netbook to be used as a tablet PC.
The netbooks specifications consist of an Intel Atom (1.6GHz) processor, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive, the netbook also features a 10 inch touchscreen display which supports a resolution of 1024×600.
Other things worth mentioning include the netbooks 2 USB ports, VGA output, memory card reader, built-in WiFi and a 1.3 megapixel camera. The netbook comes pre-loaded with Windows 7.
One of the most disappointing things about the R108T is the fact that when being used as a tablet it does not offer a portrait mode (unconfirmed), however for $435 you can’t really complain. For more details check out SlashGear.
