Verizon Hub may be resurrected

Verizon Hub may be resurrected

By: Jamie Pert | November 16, 2009 | 1 Comment

Earlier today we reported that Verizon had decided to discontinue their Verizon Hub phone, however there is now a lot of confusion surrounding the device and whether or not Verizon are still backing the device.

Earlier it seemed certain that the device would be discontinued due to low sales, however apparently during the recent Colts and Patriots game the device was advertised.

Many believe that the main reason for the device doing so poorly is due to its price, not only do you have to pay $35 a month for the service plan, but you also have to buy the hub for $200.

As we find out exactly what is going on with the Verizon hub we will keep you posted, check out SoftSailor for more information.

Tried to Purchase and become a Verizon customer today pertaining to the “Hub” phone. I was very disappointed. I spent over 1 hour on the phone this morning, and found out that there definetly is no way to even get this phone or the service. It is a complete joke for them to advertise this. I personally think it is just some sort of marketing ploy to get people to possibly become a Verizon customer. After this ordeal this morning, I have found that I would never, ever again try to deal with these people. Time Warner all the way……..
