Take-Down Notice for Black Friday 2009 Walmart Ad
Filed under: News

Shoppers have been waiting anxiously for the Black Friday 2009 Walmart Ad, but they are normally the last of the big retailers to release theirs. We have just learned that Blu-ray.com posted a screen print of Walmarts leaked ad, but this has caused them a little bit of hassle.
DVD Talk received a “Notice of Violation of Intellectual Property Rights and Demand for Immediate Take-Down” letter from the big retailer. They have been ordered by Wal-Marts lawyers to remove the thread, but if you are quick blu-ray.com still has 3 pages of the ad live here.
A quick look at the ads reveals that gaming and movies is going to play a big part in Wal-Mart’s Black Friday deals. This will certainly be great news for the gaming industry, as sales have been much lower this year than in previous years.
As always there are huge savings to be made on LCD and Plasma TV’s. There is not much more to go on at this point, but we will keep you informed once the Walmart Black Friday 2009 Ad has been made official.
We have to remember that this is rumor and the ad that was posted by blu-ray.com and DVD Talk has not been confirmed by Wal-Mart.
