Sony PS3: Netflix Disc service released

Sony PS3: Netflix Disc service released

By: Alan Ng | November 10, 2009 | 2 Comments

Sony have made it all official on their US Playstation Blog that the Netflix service is now available for everyone. As you will probably know already, the service will be available via an instant streaming disc that should be arriving for all those that had it pre-ordered.

As reported from VG247, those of you who are yet to order a Netflix disc, can now go to the official website here to do so.

Judging from first impressions of the service, it looks pretty straight forward: Insert the disc, browse through your choice of TV Show, Movie , purchase, download and watch.

Look forward to a detailed look at playback quality soon. There is a video up at VG247, go check it out.
