Dell Inspiron Zino HD Now Shipping: U.S. Still Waiting
By: Peter Chubb | November 10, 2009 | Leave a CommentThe Dell Inspiron Zino HD is now available on the IE and UK Dell websites, but the U.S. is still waiting for the new small computer to appear for them. The small device is certain to pop up soon, so they should visit the other two websites to see what they will be getting for their money, well the Americans will pay much less for theirs.
Engadget tell us that there are a choice of ten interchangeable colors and designs, much like they offer with their Studio laptops. The price in Ireland starts at €329, as with all Dell computers you can spec it up as much as you want, well within reason.
The Dell Inspiron Zino HD is unlike most other small desktop computers, as this comes with a HDMI socket and a Blu-Ray drive. The base model on the UK websites comes with an AMD A64 2650E 1.6GHz 512k, Integrated HD 3200 Graphics and 2GB of RAM, all for £299.
The top of the range model comes with AMD X2 6850E 1.8GHz 512k, 6GB of RAM, ATI Radeon™ HD 4330 512MB graphics and much more. Not forgetting that these can also be upgraded. Visit Dell U.S. to see if the Dell Inspiron Zino HD has appeared on the website yet.
