BlackBerry Handsets: eBay Mobile App On Way

As you may already know RIM have today been holding a BlackBerry Developers Conference, earlier today we reported about 3D gaming on you BlackBerry handset, now we are hearing of another development, however its not quite as exciting.

According to IntoMobile’s recent article it seems that sometime later this month we should be seeing the launch of an official eBay application for BlackBerry devices.

The application sounds pretty promising, as you would expect there will be easy access to all of your eBay needs, not only this but the application will integrate with other BlackBerry software.

One way in which the handset integrates with your handset is by integrating with the handsets calendar, therefore when your bid on an item etc it will add a reminder on your handset to remind you to check your bid before the item sells.

There is also said to be push notifications, these push notifications update you when you have been outbid, all in all it sounds pretty promising.
