Black Friday 2009: WalMart’s Plan

It has been reported that Walmart are planning to introduce a new system to manage holiday crowds for this years Black Friday weekend, after an employee died last year as a result of a crowd stampede.
As reported from Boston, Walmart have been working closely with sports and entertainment safety specialists to make sure that overall safety is handled much better compared to last year.
Walmart have stated that their plans will be specific to each store, with emphasis being placed on directing the flow of customers while they shop.
It is now likely that Walmart will undergo intense dress rehearsals to test their safety plans throughout their stores in the U.S.
