We already know that the Xbox 360 will be getting Twitter, Facebook and Last.fm, these new features will certainly give the games console a much needed social network boost, but only if you are 18 and over. This latest news will certainly not go down well with those under the age of 18.
The only way they will be able to access these accounts is with the help of someone over 18, but how will Microsoft be able to enforce this. Majornelson.com explains that this was a tough decision to make; but will certainly give parents peace of mind.
The Xbox team has been working hard to get these new features off the ground, they have been delayed on a number of occasions but these new security settings need to be in place in time for launch.
For those under 18, do not worry as you will still have access to these new services, but you have to convince your parents that you will act responsible. We will keep you informed once we know more.
