Motorola Droid: Did you buy from Best Buy, Walmart early?

We have been hearing numerous reports that the much touted Motorola Droid handset has been available to buy early from retailers such as Best Buy and Walmart. Were you one of the lucky ones who grabbed one early?

According to BGR, customers who ventured into Best Buy Mobile and Walmart stores yesterday would of had the chance to pick up a Droid ahead of the planned release today.

We’re sure there must be a few of you who managed to grab one from unsuspecting staff before they realised the street date wasn’t till today.
