Verizon HTC DROID Eris: Coming Tomorrow

Today seems to have been dominated by Verizon handset releases and announcements, we have already heard details regarding the release of the LG Chocolate Touch VX8575, BlackBerry Curve 8530.
We have also seen the unboxing of the HTC Droid Eris and we have now heard that the handset will be launched on Verizon tomorrow.
The handset comes as standard with an 8GB memory card, there rest of the hardware is very similar to the HTC Hero, it features a 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen display, a 5 megapixel camera and uses HTC’s Sense UI.
As for pricing the handset will cost you $99.99 when you agree a two-year deal, this price takes into account a $100 mail-in rebate, check out SlashGear for more information.
