Tekken 6: Lag patch update coming for PS3, Xbox 360
Filed under: Gaming, Sony Playstation 3, Xbox 360

It has been confirmed that Namco Bandai are working on a patch for Tekken 6 that will address the lag issues that many of you have been complaining about whilst in an online match.
As reported from Eurogamer, lag is even noticable for players when they have a green signal bar, so its fair to say that Tekken 6 hasn’t got off to the best of starts.
The patch will be available as a downloadable update and Namco Bandai stated that it will be released once it has passed ‘rigorous’ testing procedures.
It is also worth pointing out that the update will be a separate one, compared to the planned update this Winter, which will add co-op support for Scenario Campaign mode.
Do you have Tekken 6? If so, is the lag noticable for you whilst playing online?

Tekken 6 is a really good game but its a shame the online lag ruins the experience completely, Namco better release the patch soon or people will move away from this game including myself.
I second the above, rigorous testing ? it was my understanding that this should be done before you take someones money but hey its 2009 and we’ve all got loads of money to throw around on unfinished games. Next week well find out Gordon Brown was the mastermind behind this release. At least call of duty, modern warfare is released on tuesday i may be able to play tekken online when im bored of that in say five years time.
