T-Mobile customer figures on the decline
By: Alan Ng | November 5, 2009 | 2 CommentsIt seems as if T-Mobile have been going through what can only be described as a ‘rough patch’. Recently, we had the Sidekick data crisis, followed by a fresh outage a few days ago, now their Q3 numbers have been released – and it isn’t pretty.
As reported from BGR, T-Mobile have unfortunately, suffered a net loss of 77,000 subscribers, then a further 140,000 customers have ditched their network in favor of another carrier.
When you compare this to Q2 this year when they had gained 325,000 subscribers, it doesn’t look good for the company. We cant help but feel a lack of trust following the data issues might be to blame for the sudden drop in subscribers.
What are your thoughts on this? Do you think T-Mobile will get out of this apparent slump? You’ll find more details on this over at BGR.
