T-Mobile customer figures on the decline

It seems as if T-Mobile have been going through what can only be described as a ‘rough patch’. Recently, we had the Sidekick data crisis, followed by a fresh outage a few days ago, now their Q3 numbers have been released - and it isn’t pretty.

As reported from BGR, T-Mobile have unfortunately, suffered a net loss of 77,000 subscribers, then a further 140,000 customers have ditched their network in favor of another carrier.

When you compare this to Q2 this year when they had gained 325,000 subscribers, it doesn’t look good for the company. We cant help but feel a lack of trust following the data issues might be to blame for the sudden drop in subscribers.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think T-Mobile will get out of this apparent slump? You’ll find more details on this over at BGR.

tmobile customer service is dissapointing to me lately when i call, they immeadiate to help, now it says their is a 10 minute wait,40 to 50 minutes later a rep answered,of coarse after their hold time took my full battery power,if they cant answer in 10 mintes, and its gonna be an hour, let the customers know, its fraud and lying as far as im concerned, and i even asked the rep-are you short on help? she replied no we are hiring hundreds of new people-then where the hell are they
