T-Mobile Outage 2009: T-Mobile confirms service is down

Just when you thought T-Mobile were back up and running after the Sidekick Data disaster, it has been confirmed that a new nationwide outage has been affecting customer’s service all around the world.

As reported from Gizmodo, users have been stating numerous problems with their network, such as dropped dialing tones when attempting calls, data problems and issues with T-Mobile @Home.

T-Mobile have already issued a statement on the outage, telling Gizmodo that only 5 percent of customers are experiencing problems with their service at the moment.

However, considering what happened with their Sidekick data outage, that 5 percent figure could well be a bit more, as we all know how long it took for service to resume.
