iPhone 3GS: Blackra1n unlock in 20 seconds

It looks as if iPhone extraordinaire GeoHot has done it again, after it has been reported that his latest iPhone hack for the 3GS model, unlocks your device in under 20 seconds. Amazed?

As reported from Pocket-Lint, the latest version of Blackra1n allows users running iPhone firmware 3.1.2 to fully unlock the device - allowing you to use the carrier of your choice, not to mention being able to store the millions of unapproved apps.

The software is now available to download for both PC and Mac users, just follow the link to the official website here.

We expect that Apple will be forced to release yet another firmware update to combat the exploits of GeoHot, so it probably isn’t the end of the battle..yet.
