Another game we got a sneak preview of at the recent EuroGamer EXPO 2009 was Battlefield: Bad Company 2, sadly however we were not allowed to record any gameplay, the version we got to play was on the Xbox 360.
One mistake we did make when we got our hands-on the game was choosing to play the game immediately after MAG, MAG is famous for its huge 256 player online games, therefore when we began playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 it did seem extremely less hectic.
That however does have its perks, personally having played previous Battlefield games I was in my element, as usual the graphics were very smooth and the frame-rate did not seem to suffer, also a lot of time and effort has been spent on the smallest of details on the weapons.
We managed to speak briefly to an EA representative, although he was not part of the development team he did answer a few questions, he confirmed that the game is still looking good for a February/March release date, he also showed how you can really customize classes for online play.
The map we got to play was called Conquest, it was absolutely huge which sometimes meant you would not see an enemy for long intervals, for the more tactical players this is fine, however for fast-paced FPS fans it may become a little boring.
