Droid cell phone becomes Motorola MILESTONE
Filed under: Cell Phone Information, Cell Phones, Handsets

The Motorola Droid is to be named the MILESTONE in Germany when it is released on the O2 network. According to BGR, Germany’s O2 website released some details on this new handset; the biggest detail is the €404.20 retail price of the MILESTONE for corporate customers.
Vodafone will also be getting the Motorola MILESTONE in Europe and the latest information tells us that the handset comes with pinch and zoom, something that is not seen on the US version Motorola Droid, for more information on this, visit Engadget.
We have also learned that the Milestone will come packed with MOTONAV turn-by-turn directions; this is strange as we would have assumed that this Android smartphone would have come with Google’s Maps Navigation.
Does the Motorola Droid / Milestone offer enough for you to consider getting one, do you think that the handset is a match for the Apple iPhone 3GS?
