Android 2.0: Google Navigation could come to iPhone
By: Alan Ng | October 29, 2009 | Leave a CommentGoogle has revealed that their upcoming and free navigation service, could make its way to the iPhone, as long as Apple approve the service. Google Navigation is set to be one of the new features of the upcoming Android 2.0 platform.
As reported from Apple Insider, Google Maps Navigation is set to arrive in beta form, when the launch of the Motorola Droid goes live for Verizon customers on November 6th.
Google has also stated that the service will be available on other Android phones, as soon as they have received the Android 2.0 update - much like the HTC Hero update we told you about earlier.
While Google seem keen on a partnership with Apple for their navigation service, it remains to be seen if Apple feel the same way.
