We have an interesting article for PS3 owners to check out now, as it has been reported that James Stevenson, senior community manager for Insomniac has stated that it could take a further two to three years from now, until we actually see developers maxing out the ‘true potential’ of the Playstation 3 system.
As reported from VG247, Stevenson made his comments in a recent interview over at CVG. He believes that the PS3 feels like a ‘brand new console’ right now and that the console is now hitting it’s prime.
He praised the new price point for the system and the introduction of the Slim, saying that sales are really starting to pick up for the PS3.
As for Insomniac, he stated that the team are ‘using all of the PS3 right now’, but explained that there are always ways to be more efficient with it.
More details through the link. We’d like to hear your thoughts on his comments.
