Sky on Xbox 360: Released today, prices seem ridiculous
By: Alan Ng | October 27, 2009 | 4 CommentsWith the Sky player available for Xbox 360 users in the UK today, Microsoft have detailed the pricing tariffs that they will be charging customers for channel packages. Lets just say the prices do no favors to entice customers into the new service.
As reported from Eurogamer, Xbox 360 owners will have to have a Gold membership in order to take advantage of the Sky Player, then you’ll have to pay £15 a month in order to get Sky’s basic entertainment package.
If you decide you’re feeling a bit fruity, then you have the option to pay more to receive some premium packages, such as Sky Sports, Sky Movies or ESPN.
There are also various on-demand channels and packages available for those of you who want to really enjoy the full Sky TV experience. Full prices and details can be found over at Eurogamer.
