Google Wave: Ready for launch in 2010

Lars Rasmussen, one of the co-founders for the upcoming Google Wave project, has recently stated that the new service could be ready to launch as early as next year.
As reported from ItProPortal, the communication collaboration tool will aim to deliver instant messaging features, email, social networking, and other messaging resources all in one easy to access place.
With beta trials of Google Wave already underway, Rasmussen believes that the service will be available to users before the end of 2010.
He also thinks the success of Google Wave depends a lot on consumer expectation and whether the demand for Wave is high enough. If things continue to go well, the team expects Google Wave to be available to everyone.
