Google Gmail: iPhone and Android updates
By: Alan Ng | October 27, 2009 | Leave a CommentGoogle have just released a brand new version of their Gmail interface, intended for use for iPhone and Android handsets. It is available to download now via your mobile browser.
As reported from Pocket-Lint, improvements over the previous version include label management, keyboard shortcuts, mute function, smart links, swipe-to-archive and much faster performance.
While the update is available now, Pocket-Lint reports that the new version doesn’t hook into the notifications section of Android section. Still, any nice new update is a good thing, right?
