TELUS announce iPhone 3G/3GS and HSPA release date and prices

We have some good news if you are a TELUS customer and are looking to pick up either the iPhone 3G or 3GS, as the Canadian carrier has confirmed the prices and release dates for Apple’s device, along with their HSPA network rollout too.

As reported from BGR, TELUS’ HSPA network will be available in Canada on November 5th. The iPhone 3G and 3GS will also be available from this date, with pricing details the same as seen for Rogers and Bell.

This means that the iPhone 3G will be available for $99.99/$599.99, while the 16 and 32GB varieties of the 3GS will be available for $199.99/$699.99 and $299.99/$799.99 respectively.

BGR also reports that TELUS are planning to announce a new lineup of handsets to coincide with their rollout of HSPA. We’ll update you with details when we know more.
