Left 4 Dead on PS3: More reports of existance

Looks as if the Left 4 Dead on PS3 rumors are going to be around for quite some time unless an official announcement is made. It has been reported that UK retailer Play have again listed Left 4 Dead on PS3 as ‘coming soon’.

As reported from Connected Consoles, while Play have listed the game in their database, they have also stated that the game ‘is not’ in production. Slightly confusing wouldn’t you say?

Either they havent deleted the listing on purpose, or it is up because they know something that we don’t. One thing is for sure though - theres bound to be a few PS3 owners out there who are growing frustrated with the continued speculation.

what is the big deal about this game? I guess that people really like it and are making the stuff up.

I am sure that M$ is paying for Exclusivity. The same with Mass Effect. There are plenty of good/excellent Multiplatform and Exclusive games on the PS3 to keep any player happy.

That listing has been there since the strat of the year - one of teh commenst is from May, it also very clearly at the top says “This item is not currently in production.” - Its just a wish list thing so that if it ever does get made, you get an email.
