We have known for a few weeks that the Motorola Droid is coming and this first Verizon Android handset promises a lot. We have been waiting since then for Motorola to make an official announcement of the handset, listing all its features specs and other details.
Well we do have all those details for you, but it seems that somebody at Motorola have leaked them before they were meant too. BGR were lucky enough to obtain these details and Information Week has been taking a closer look at the full technical specifications.
The specs on the Verizon Motorola Droid are very impressive; we know that it will have the same shape as the CLIQ. The touch display hides a full QWERTY keyboard offering you the best of both. We already knew that the Droid would run on the Android 2.0 and a 550MHz processor. Connectivity comes in the way of Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, USB 2.0, GPS and Wi-Fi.
The screen is a nice size, 3.7-inches to be exact offering 480 x 854 pixels resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. There is also a 5-megapixel camera offering, dual LED flash, autofocus and image stabilization. The full details of the Motorola Droid, visit Information Week
