
Archos 9 PCtablet: Available Today
By: Jamie Pert | October 22, 2009 | 1 CommentToday has seen the official release of Microsoft Windows 7, this has caused a lot of device manufacturers to launch their Windows 7 devices today in an attempt to capture the early trade.
One manufacturer who has done this is Archos, today they have released their new “Archos 9 PCtablet”, this 9 inch touchscreen Windows 7 device is currently retailing at £449.99, which is roughly the equivalent of $748.
The device features a 9 inch resistive touchscreen display which supports a resolution of up to 1024×600, it also features an Intel Atom Z515 processor (1.2GHz), integrated WiFi, Bluetooth and has a 60GB hard drive.
Other mentionable specifications and features include two USB 2.0 ports, a VGA port, audio in/out, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and an Ethernet port, Archos also offer a matching Bluetooth QWERTY keyboad.
