Motorola Droid Release Date: Advertisements and mystery
By: Peter Chubb | October 21, 2009 | Leave a CommentThere has been huge excitement over the past couple of weeks with the announcement of the Motorola Droid, the first Google Android handset on the Verizon network. There have been a number of rumors pointing at an October 30 release.
There has been little advertisement on the handset that is until now. As the Motorola Droid will be released around Halloween, they thought they would offer up some spooky advertisement to add a little mystery to the handset, not that it needs any more mystery. We do know that the Motorola Droid will run on the new Android 2.0 OS.
BGR have come across some spooky teasers, they are just trying to understand what it all means. Does it mean that the Droid will be released near or on Halloween, or is it just to play on the whole mystery of the phone?
Anyway, we do know that the handset that could possible challenge the Apple iPhone 3GS is coming, but are we all ready for it?
