Sony Ericsson’s First Android Smartphone: XPERIA X10 (Previously XPERIA X3)

Rumors are beginning to circulate which suggest that Sony Ericsson first ever Android-based smartphone may be called the XPERIA X10, prior to this many people believed that the handset would be called the XPERIA X3.

Along with the rumored name change some details regarding a possible launch date have also been revealed, if these rumors are correct which should eventually see the handset launch in February 2010.

The screen size of the handset is said to be similar to that of the HTC Touch HD, the design of the handset is said to be very flat, however the handset is said to be slightly rounded at the edges, from the images posted on SlashGear the handset also looks very thin.

A lot of the leaked information in this post is based on comments made by a Tweaker forum member, so it could turn out to be false, as we find out more information which confirms/refutes these comments we will keep you posted, check out SlashGear.
