Acer Aspire AS1410 Series: Affordable and Ultraportable

This past week has been an extremely busy week for Acer, they seemed to have announced a wide variety of new netbooks, nettops, notebooks, smartphones and desktop PC’s, they have now announced a new affordable and ultraportable series of notebooks.

This new series is called the Acer Aspire AS1410 Series, all of the notebooks in this series will feature 11.6 inch widescreen displays, they will also all use Intel’s GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics.

The notebooks will be approximately 1 inch thick and will weigh approximately 3.08 pounds, they should offer around six hours of battery and seem to come standard with an Intel Celeron processor, 2GB of RAM and a 250GB hard drive.

Prices for these laptops will start at €399, however it looks as if there will be a wide range of different upgrade options available, for full specifications check out HotHardware.
