Windows 7 Pre-Orders: Some UK Versions Delivered Early
By: Jamie Pert | October 19, 2009 | 3 CommentsAccording to a recent article on Cnet it seems that some lucky UK residents have received their versions of Windows 7 early, prior to this it was thought that Windows 7 would not leave PC World’s warehouse before October 21st.
The reason for the early delivery is said to be because of the pretty much imminent postal strike which seem to happen yearly with Royal Mail.
The news was reported to Cnet by a customer called Tom Brown, Tom had pre-ordered the OS a couple of months ago however was shocked to see it delivered this morning, check out Cnet for their original article.
