Verizon Droid Phone Pictures: Where are they?

When Google and Verizon announced their coming together for Android handset, we knew that the Droid phone would be from Motorola, but we did not know what model. There have been many rumors as to what the handset would be, but nothing has been made official.
The rumors say that the first Verizon Android handset will be the Motorola Sholes/Tao/Droid, what pictures we have seen of them have been very grainy. We wonder if it will be one of these handsets, and if so when we will get to see the official pictures released.
We do know one thing; the handset is very close as Verizon showed its Droid Does Commercial during the Yankees-Angels game on Saturday. The ad did not offer us any photos, just a few messages about all the things that the iPhone lacks and what the Verizon Droid will have.
The Inquisitr posted what they believe are the photos of the new Verizon Google Android handset, we just hope that the network carrier releases the official photos soon, so we can see more detailed shots of the handset and what it truly looks like.
