Intel and AMD: Antitrust Case Update

We have an update to give you now, following the U.S District court meeting between computer giants Intel and AMD, in relation to the long running Antitrust Case.

As reported from TheRegister, AMD stated to judges that the company has maintained that its document retention program has been exemplary, on the contrary to what Intel believe.

TheRegister also states that AMD filed a separate motion during Wednesday’s court meeting, which relates to Intel’s alleged past and present failure to preserve evidence.

It’s all tit for tat it seems, with both companies unwilling to back down over the issue, meaning that this case could drag on even further.

The full article is through the link, where you’ll find quotes from both companies. Let us know if you have anything to share on this matter.
