Intel and AMD: Antitrust Case Update
By: Alan Ng | October 16, 2009 | Leave a CommentWe have an update to give you now, following the U.S District court meeting between computer giants Intel and AMD, in relation to the long running Antitrust Case.
As reported from TheRegister, AMD stated to judges that the company has maintained that its document retention program has been exemplary, on the contrary to what Intel believe.
TheRegister also states that AMD filed a separate motion during Wednesday’s court meeting, which relates to Intel’s alleged past and present failure to preserve evidence.
It’s all tit for tat it seems, with both companies unwilling to back down over the issue, meaning that this case could drag on even further.
