Some brief details of Google’s future Android 2.0 OS have recently been posted on IntoMobile, the details aren’t exactly revolutionary, however give us a quick insight into some features we should come to expect.
It seems likely that Google Android 2.0 will be referred to as Eclair which carries on their strange naming of OS versions (previous versions have been known as Cupcake and Donut).
Some of the most impressive features we should expect to see in ‘Eclair’ include built-in Facebook and Exchange, there are also said to be vast improvements made to Google Maps and the web browser is said to perform comparably to the iPhone 3GS’s browser.
To find out more regarding Android 2.0 check out IntoMobile, as we hear more rumors etc we will keep you posted.
