T-Mobile Sidekick Outage: Microsoft recovers data

It looks as if the T-Mobile Sidekick data saga might be finally coming to an end, since Microsoft have now stated that they have managed to recover ‘most’ if not ‘all’ of customers Sidekick data.

As reported from Engadget, Microsoft have said that T-Mobile and Redmond have “rebuilt the system component by component” and are now starting to restore data to affected customers.

Engadget points out that T-Mobile customers are now unlikely to receive the $100 as promised by T-Mobile for the whole ordeal. We think that T-mobile should still fork out the cash though, rather than start off another heated argument.
