Vodafone have now released its official announcement on the BlackBerry Storm 2, the second touch-screen device from RIM. According to Mobile Speedia, the Strom 2 has now been released and is now ready for pre-order with Vodafone expecting customers to receive the handset on October 26.
The BlackBerry Storm2 will blow you away with the latest updates; the most wanted update was to the touch-screen interface. The Storm 2 still uses the SurePress technology, but this has received a number of enhancements now making it a much better system.
The battery life has also been improved, so now you can browse the Internet, check emails and watch videos for longer periods at a time. The camera performance has been increased; the Storm 2 now comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera, not fantastic, but a step in the right direction.
