Flip MinoHD 120 Camcorder: Release Date and Specs

Flip’s Mino line of camcorders have proved to be quite popular in the ultra-portable camcorder market, one of the main reasons for this is because they are simple to use and allow easy uploading of videos direct to YouTube.
Flip have now announced a new camcorder which they are calling the Flip MinoHD 120, this camcorder is capable of recording 120 minutes of video, it also features 8GB’s of internal storage, records video at a resolution of 1280×720, has a 2 inch display and an omni-directional mic.
One other thing worth mentioning is that the camcorder is available with a brushed metal finish, alternatively you can design your own Mino HD 120 online, you can choose from a gallery of patterns or even use your own image.

The sound was also decent, now in stereo, though for best results you do have to stand fairly close to your subject and not have too much extraneous noise.
