Acer Aspire 5738DG 3D Laptop: Leaked Details

A new laptop from Acer has began to cause quite a stir on many technology websites, this is because it has a 3D-capable 15.6 inch display which does not require specially powered glasses.

The new laptop is called the Acer Aspire 5738DG and features a 120Hz LCD display, the laptop uses a specific GPU which has dual-DVI output, the laptop is also said to feature a Intel Centrino2 processor and up to 4GB memory, these details have not yet been officially confirmed.

Until we see a hands-on video its going to be quite hard to see exactly how 3D games and videos become, however when we do we will keep you updated.

Prices seem pretty unsure too, the most reliable price we have seen was on Cnet’s article which states a US price of approximately $1500.
