Remember the much rumored Michael Jackson video game that was supposed to be in the works for next-gen consoles? Many thought that the game was canned after the late superstar passed away, but we are slowly hearing rumors that the game could release after all.
As many of you will be aware, Sony are in charge of all things Michael Jackson at the moment. Last night at midnight, they released the newest single from Jackson, ‘This is It’, which you can listen to here.
Then on October 28th, a film showing behind the stage rehearsal footage for Jackson’s planned O2 gigs in London will be shown simultaneously at theatres across the world.
Over at PSPWorld, they believe that a good portion of the money that Sony are raking in on Michael Jackson material will go towards funding for completing the new video game. If this turns out to be true, then the game could see an exclusive release on the Playstation 3.
We want your thoughts on this. How would you feel about an PS3-only release?

We need a Singstar Michael Jackson. He has at leat 10 gigs of music.
Makes sense. Sony has been publishing his music for decades. No reason Sony shouldnt make this exclusive.
